Dessert strawberry “Tenderness”
– 500 g large strawberries,

Strawberries to clean from the stalks, wash thoroughly under running water, cut the berries into 4 pieces.
Wash the lemon, cut in half, the juice from 1 half to press into a separate bowl. Sugar dissolved in 70 ml of warm water in an enamel bowl, mix thoroughly until dissolved, put a sprig of rosemary, pour the lemon juice, bring to a boil over low heat and cook for 7-10 min.

Bulgarian pepper to wash under running water, remove seeds, wrap in cling foil and bake in the oven for 15 min. In the meanwhile wash the tomatoes, pour over them boiling water and remove the skin. Tomatoes, finely chopped.
Onions and garlic peel, wash and chop. Eggplant wash, ochistitel peel and cut into small cubes.
Roasted peppers remove, cool and cut into rings of medium thickness.
In a pan over low heat, heat a small amount of olive oil, put the sliced onion and eggplant and simmer under the lid closed for 20 minutes, topping up as necessary water. Then add chopped tomatoes, garlic and bell pepper, salt, sugar, and ground white pepper. Stirring constantly, simmer the vegetable mix for 2 minutes, then cover with a lid, add water and simmer on low heat under closed lid for 10 min.
During this time boil the eggs, cool them, peel the shell, cut in half and place on the plates (1 egg per serving). Ready to put the stew on plates and decorate with halves of olives. Serve hot.
