Potato soup with Savoy cabbage

500 g potatoes

1 l chicken or vegetable stock

200 g Savoy cabbage

3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

How to cook potato soup with Savoy cabbage:

1. Chop the onion, carrots, celery, potatoes and garlic.

2. In a pan heat oil, dobavlennye vegetables and sauté for a little while.

3. Pour in the stock, bring to a boil.

4. Chop the cabbage and bacon to fry to a crisp.

5. Using a blender to make the soup, pour back into the pan, add shredded cabbage and boil for 5 min.

6. Serve sprinkled with crispy bacon.
