Meat dishes: a meat – unusual dishes!

Ground beef is an excellent substitute for more expensive, single piece of meat and can become the basis of many interesting dishes. With recipes some of them you can find right now.

Let’s start with the meat cheesecakes!

For them we need:

minced beef, 0.5 kg (preferably several kinds of meat);

onions, 1 large head;

mayonnaise, 250 g;

white bread, pulp, ½ stick;

eggs, 2 PCs.;

salt, pepper, spices (to taste);

vegetable oil.

Cut the bread slices and pour some small amount of warm water. Then we’ll force and add it to the mixture. Eggs, whisk, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with spices and mix with meat.

After that, coat the pan with vegetable oil. From blindly stuffing balls and place them on a baking sheet. In the center of these meat-poly cannon will do the recess.

Ingredients:

minced beef, 1kg;

white bread, pulp, ½ stick;

milk, 100 ml;

cooked carrots, 1 piece.

cheese, 50 g;

mayonnaise, 1 tbsp;

vermicelli;

pepper;

salt, pepper, to taste.

In the beef add the fresh egg, soaked in milk bread, salt and pepper. Boiled egg neatly cut in half and remove the yolks. We shall RUB on a small grater cheese and boiled carrots, mix them with mayonnaise and egg yolks. This mixture will start to make our proteins, and put the two halves of the eggs.

Stuffing divide into 7 equal parts. Each piece will make a cake, put in the center stuffed with eggs and knock the ball. With one hand lengthen the balls to make noses of hedgehogs. Put hedgehogs on a baking tray covered with baking paper. From pasta will do spines, and pepper – eyes and noses.

We shall warm up the oven to 200° and let bake for 30-35 minutes.
