Ingredients: 500gr. carrots, 250gr. onions, 500gr. heart (beef or chicken), 3-4 l. mayonnaise, black pepper.
Marinade: tbsp. sugar 0,5; 0,5 tbsp. vinegar 5%; 0,5 tbsp. water; 1 tbsp salt.
Onion cut into half rings and place in the marinade.
Carrot RUB on a grater HEH, saute in a pan with Rast. oil until it becomes brighter in color and softer.
Heart to boil, cut them into strips.
Squeeze the onions from the marinade. All combine and season with mayonnaise, season with pepper and salt.

2 chicken breast fillet

200 gr. Korean carrot
200 gr. cheese
2 cloves of garlic
